I made this tax template to help property managers regularly track their property related expenses throughout the year and then be able to have something to assist them when filing for taxes.
Careful with some of mapping of the links, it was designed to be used for 2 properties and then allows for the "disection" at the end of the year to be able to splice it into one file per property.
This allows you to coincide with one T776 file per each rental income property that the CRA requires.
I designed the form to include 2 mock examples, one that allows for "partial owner occupied" status and the other as a full rental. So you can tweak the template by copying either and adding more columns as your situation needs.
